About the Event

This  class will focus on the basics of watercolor painting.  samples will be  shared of various watercolor techniques and weights of paper used.  You  will:  learn the basics of how watercolor is used, brushes, watercolor markers, watercolor-colored pencils and watercolors in a variety of styles (tube or palette).  All materials are included.

​Please  note: taking all classes will help with your artistic progress.  However, you can take a class independently in this series and feel  comfortable with your art making processes.

Location:  CLE Lecture Hall

Instructor:  Mary Cavaioli has been an Arts Educator for over 40 years working with public and private schools, museums and communities in Florida, Iowa and Japan.  She is a National Board-Certified Art Teacher K-12, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, and a Master's in Interdisciplinary Arts Leadership.
