About the Event

Amp up your liquor cabinet by adding herbs, fruits, and spices to your favorite spirits. But not so fast.... when pairing spirits with other ingredients, some matches are tried and true and others not so much.  think outside of the jar by learning techniques to invent fresh and tasty new libations with ingredients in the garden and in  your pantry.  Join us in learning how to craft these unique cocktails  and of course partake in them as well!  Partake in your creations in a  social time after presentation with light fare.

Location:  CLE Lecture Hall        Limit:  25

Instructor:   Carlton Chamblin is a native of Birmingham, AL, with backgrounds in art  history and product marketing.  He has taken his love of bartending and hospitality to  new heights with Farm2Cocktail, a cocktail mixer and mobile bartending  company.  he is dedicated to developing mixology-made-easy products  using all natural ingredients.
