The CENTER FOR LIFE ENRICHMENT is a continuing education, non-profit organization. It is aligned with Western Carolina University and Emory University. CLE is located in Highlands, NC and serves residents and visitors in the Highlands-Cashiers area. CLE is proud to offer an eclectic variety of courses, lectures and events throughout the summer season, May through September. Working with acclaimed presenters, including professors from Florida State, Western Carolina University and other southeastern universities, we present experts on a wide-ranging variety of interests. CLE members help in planning the curriculum, coordinating and facilitating the many courses, and promoting our organization throughout the Highlands area.
